Proverbs
The Book of Proverbs is King Solomon’s collection of wise sayings, or proverbs. While some were written by others, most of these proverbs were written by the wisest of men, King Solomon himself.
Behold, I have done according to thy words: lo, I have given thee a wise and an understanding heart; so that there was none like thee before thee, neither after thee shall any arise like unto thee.
1 Kings 3:12

Of course, these proverbs were inspired of the Holy Ghost and are God’s Words given to Solomon and the other writers.
Although Solomon at one time had great wisdom, he began to forget that wisdom and to stray from God. If we would remain wise and close to God, we must continue to fear and obey Him. For…
The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding.

When I’m not writing, you can often find me going on “adventures” and enjoying life in central Alabama with my hilarious, handsome husband and our two precious daughters. I am an avid fan of chocolate, diet Dr. Pepper, sappy Hallmark movies, and my sweet family.
